"Zone Alarm Pro" not working on my PC

Hi All:
I downloaded 'Zone Alarm pro,' and expected to work good
on my PC for 'Spam and a bunch of Junk Mail' every day.
However, when I went to Outlook Express to
experiment 'Zone Alarm Pro' after restart, I'm NOT able
to access any e-mails with 'Boxed Message' on the top of
OE saying that 'Error' occured while processing.

In the past before installation of 'Zone Alarm,' I
installed both 'Pop Up Stopper' and 'Spam Killer' that
might cause this 'Havoc?'
Since I read and heard that 'Firewall' is the best
on 'Zone Alarm' which made me install it. Firewall is XP.

Any suggestion and advice on this regard would be truly
appreciated.

Zone alarm has nothing what so ever to do with email spam.

you have to enable outlook express to access the internet from zone alarm.
if it already is then i dunno anything.
