Windows XP SP2 restart with Zone Alarm installation

Hello,
I have a PC with Windows XP PRO SP2 which have a Windows Firewall.
I need to install a Zone Alarm, and during installation when the Zone Alarm
firewall try to install the PC hang with memory error 1000007f and blue
screen.

Please help.

I've installed ZA a number of times without this problem. My first plan
would be this:

1) Unplug the network cable from the computer (to be 100% sure it's
disconnected from the web).

2) Look at your cables again and make sure you did #1 correctly.

3) Go to control panel and shut off the Windows firewall. Ignore the
warnings it gives you, if any.

4) Restart the machine.

5) Proceed with the ZoneAlarm installation.

If the problem persists, I'd e-mail (e-mail address removed). They sometimes
take a day or two to respond, but when they do, their information is usually
helpful.

Thanks Doug,
I have disconnect the cable, disable the automatically reboot setup and
un-install completely Zone Alarm, delete all files references to Zone Alarm,
and re-install it. It's works. And after installation, i have upgrade to the
last release 6.1.737
