how can i get my xp to recognize my parallel port 100mb
zip drive? windows 98 did it automatically, whats the

It sounds like you need to get an up to date driver for
Windows XP from the manafactur of your zip drive.

Go to Iomega website and download the drivers for XP.
That's what I had to do. Worked fine after that.
