Zen NX part 2

I

Ingit

see previous post for detail.

ok. Creative responded with the standard canned answers. re-install app.,
blah, blah. Didn't work. Now they want to me to disable firewall, norton,
go into safe-mode. all kinds of other crap. Not to comfortable in doing
all this, as it should not be a factor in why explorer is the only thing
that crashes.

If i open the NX in "my computer," it works fine, and I can browse the
files. Also, media player 10, and creative software have no problems. It's
only explorer.

Really getting on my nerves as I would like to find out why?

Any thoughts?

Thanks in Advance.

My apologizes if I offended you. I've received many good answers here in
these newsgroups, and wouldn't think of insulting anyone. Been posting way
to long in newsgroups to assume that anyone would go and search for my
previous post. Since no one answered the first post, I deliberatly re-posted
this way. I also re-stated the problem in this message. Wrote my post this
way in hopes that someone would take a look. Obviously, it worked?

I'm pretty sure I'm not the only person that has a Zen NX hooked up to a
computer running WinXP. It's possible that my situation is the only one like
it. I find it hard to believe that finding an answer to this question could
be so hard? Creative support has been pathetic. They are now saying it's a
Microsoft problem. So, now I should pay Microsoft to have them see if they
know what the problem is? Therefore, I posted in this group.

For everyone that has taken time to read my posts, I thank you for taking
the time and at least look at them.
