Z65 Printer Powers off after reboot/restart

My Z65 (not Z65n) powers off after I reboot my machine.
This is a pain and I have to manually turn it back on after I restart.

Any solution would be most appreciated.

PS> I have Windows XP version 2002 home with SP2 installed.
.......I have the latest updates from Lexmark installed

My older canon S520 is always off, when I send a print job to it, it turns
itself on, prints and then shuts off. Have you tried sending any print to
it while it is off?
