I keep getting a message when I am trying to restart my
computer that a program called "ywtxlnim.exe" is not
responding. Does anyone know if this program is virus or
adware related?? Should I delete this program?

A simple web search provides no information on what the program is. I would
suggest running a virus and spyware scan. If either come up with anything
try renaming the file and see if you PC responds to the change. Also
disable it from starting with your PC.

I agree with Chris Lanier.
A. Update your Anti-Virus Program and run a complete scan of your system.
B. If you do not have a addware/spyware program, find and install Ad-aware
and/or Spybot, Search and Destroy [I recommend both; they are free] and run
a complete system scan.
I think one of these will rid you of this mystery program.
