"you've got mail" voice in outlook 2007 on toshiba

some of you mentioned to turn it off at TOOLS>OPTIONS>OTHER>ADVANCE
OPTIONS>ADD-IN MANAGER, but i don't see ADD-IN MANAGER in outlook 2007 at
all. can anyone help?

Not quite the right location.

Look in Control Panel for the Toshiba Voice settings.

I found another reference:

With Outlook open, go to Tools, Reading Options (find this at the very
bottom of the menu), uncheck "inform mail receiving"
