I am now getting this on all mail I send and I have no
idea why. My ISP does not support MS Outlook but has
determined its the problem. It has not been a problem in
over 1 yr of use but this Sat. this started.

Here what comes back instantaneously when I click send.
I have looked all over for the answer but have yet o find
anything to help. HELP!

You should authenticate first

The word "relaying" is the clue. I'm surprised your ISP couldn't figure
this out since they're the ones blocking you from sending 3rd party mail
through their servers without you signing on to the outgoing mail server
first. To get around this (probably), you can set up authentication on the
Outgoing Server tab for the mail account you're using to send the messages.

I tried what yo suggested and nothing changed. This is
driving me nuts, I can't understand what is going on. I
can use the ISP web based email and it works but anything
I send bounces except a test mail to myself. When I run
the test in Outlook it works fine.

Thanks for the help, this has been going on for 3 days
and no one has the answer.

What did you set as your outgoing authentication method? The message you're
getting explicitly says to try authentication, so I imagine that it's just
not set properly.
