I purchased Office 2003 and was no longer able to receive email. I was on
the phone ( with someone in India) one houur and 35 minutes getting the
information needed to re-establish my email. I was previously using Outlook,
Office 97 and am familiar with the settings. Your customer support rep was
not and had to repeatly place me on hold while reviewing documentation, I
assume. I am extremely disappointed in this level of support.
