you should copy PowerDVD.sim to PowerDVD folder

this popped up after someone suggested i uninstall reinstall ,i reconsidered
,and restored my system ,but this notice came up.don't know how to copy
PowerDVD.sim to PowerDVD folder????help

Have you tried using Windows Explorer with the "copy&paste" feature?
