I receive the following error message when attempting to rotate or rename a
file which is located on a network share drive within our domain:
"You cannot rotate this image. The file might be in use or open in another
program, or the file or folder might be read-only"
The folder was made available offline, however, I have removed the offline
option and deleted all offline files through Disk Cleanup. Also, other users
on the network are able to modify this file accessing it from network file
share browsing.
It seems isolated to this one machine but I am not sure what the problem is
related to...any help please?
