PROBLEM #1: I tried to install RealPlayer (for example)
after it downloaded... I have Windows XP Home edition...
I am logged in as an administrator... but it says only an
administrator can complete this download... contact your
administrator....????????

PROBLEM #2: Recently when I launch MSIN 6.02 ... I will
be in , for example, Ebay... If I try to type into a
search box... The keyboard will not let me type into the
box... I cannot close Ebay (for example) by clicking on
the "X" in the upper right corner.. i have to go to
CTRL+ALT+DEL and close the application from there.....

Does this sound like a familiar problem to anybody???
Thanks for any input..

In Home Edition you can only log in as The Administrator in Safe mode -
therefore I assume your log-in is a user with admin Rights. Not quite the
same thing......

Log off then immediately log back on. Do not reboot. Please email me
to let me know if this works for you or not.

If it does work for you, then this probably means that your Windows
Update has also not been working properly. Try running Windows Update
and you might find a bunch of vital updates waiting for you.

The problem is a known-but-denied problem with Windows XP.

Good luck.
