Yet another Me to W2K setup/install question

OK,OK, I know that "upgrade" from Me to W2K is "not a
supported upgrade path". Anyway, I did a clean install
(with very few problems), but when I boot into W2K, none
of my programs, documents, etc are retrieveable. *But* if
I boot into Me (yes, I appear to have that choice),
everything is still on my hard drive. Anyone got any easy
answers (the best answers are always easy ones :) on how
to migrate everything over to the W2K system? All
help/advice/rants are appreciated.

P.S. Apparently, one of the reasons that I can't 'upgrade'
is that I'm lacking a W98 upgrade dll. Can a girl find
one of these monsters and put it to upgrade use?
