Internettoegang met minimaal een 28.8 Kbps-verbinding om

Can you give a URL for those requirements? The English language ones are
very specific--more so recently than early in the beta--but the requirement
has always been there.

This sounds more to me like a snafu within Microsoft's operations than an
intentional attempt to deceive, but if it is going to be corrected, I need
to be able to point to the source of your information.
