There is yProxy, it is a local proxy that can decode yEnc. Website features
only commercial version, but older freeware version can be found and works
very well.

There is yenc32 decoder, free, naturally, from :
http://www.yenc32.com

I don't know if there is a plugin available from them but it might be
worth a look.
