yearly calendar

A colleague of mine is frustrated with being stuck in one
year when it comes to planning his calendar. Is there a
option to work with multiple years?

Bonus question: When scheduling a meeting within a
network, is there a way to look at others' calendars to
see if an individual would be free?

Hi Les - not entirely sure about your first question, but as for the bonus question, when your scheduling a meeting request, after you add in the recipients of the request, you should be able to view their free/busy time. This information is on the second tab of the meeting request form (the scheduling tab). You can use this as a basis on whether or not they have something else planned for that time.

Hope this helps.

I think I can answer your bonus question.

Click to create a new appointment,
Click the Scheduling tab,
Either "Click here to add name" in the list of attendees
or
Click the "Add Others" button below the empty list, to add
names from the Outlook/Exchange address book.

As the names are added you should see their schedules, or
at least those times they have entered into their Outlook
Calendar, in the grid to the right of their names.
