Year keeps changing

I have a user, Windows XP Pro SP2, whose year will change from 2006 to 2206
every 2-3 weeks. I have replaced the CMOS battery and the motherboard on
different occasions, as well as flashing the BIOS but it will eventually
change back from 2006 to 2206. Any ideas.
 
The computer is sitting in a time/space continuum bubble - it keeps going to
the future and returning. Try moving it to a different location.
