year displayed incorrectly access

Hi,

I'm having a Short Date field in Access 2002 (formatted 0000 00 00;0;_ using
an Input Mask) display dates on one particular machine as follows:

01427 05 06

No other machines show the date this way and they seem to work fine.

Has anyone ever run across this and can they offer help???

Go to your computers Regional and Language settings in the Control Panel
and set them to US or your Local region.

- we have tried quite a few 'Western' settings there - all to no avail.

You seeded the solution.

The regional setting did need adjusting and the date format was set to a
custom date.

I have my problem solved.
