Yahoo Sitebuilder won't start

When I try to start Yahoo! Sitebuilder, I get the
following error message:

Well, it may be that you don't have Java enabled or that
your computer doesn't meet the requirements to run the
program. Try clicking Internet Options on Internet
Explorer. Then click 'Advanced' which is the last tab.
Scroll down to Java and make sure the box is checked next
to the version you have. I hope this helps!
