Herm

There are three PC's at my home connected to a broadband
cable network. One of them (My wife's new Dell)has not
been able to get Yahoo.com for the past two weeks. It
can however, get any other browser or any other web site
that we want.

For two weeks I've been trying to talk and e-mail those
$&%$^%*@# in India with no success.

Does anyone out there have any ideas?

Thanks

In addition, if yer using a router for your network, then considering
reducing the MTU size to 1400.

Finally, if your new Dell has a Windows XP on it, then you may also check
out the below MS support site:

This article provides information and procedures that you can use to
troubleshoot situations where you cannot connect to secure Web sites
(https://) by using Microsoft Internet Explorer in Windows XP.
