Yahoo Messenger = MORE BLOCKING ABILITY??

HELP!!

I know there is a FREEWARE progarm out there that enables me to add
additional blocked people to Yahoo Messenger but I can't find the
program.

PLEASE HELP.

Basically... Yahoo Messenger has a limited number of people I can
block. There is a freeware program that enables me to block
additional people, but I can't find this freeware program.
