yahoo mail plus(pop3), Outlook 2003 and Verizon wireless broadband

I cannot send or receive email because the server does not accept the pop3 or
smtp sign in.
 
You probably do not have the coorrect pop, smtp, user name or password
settings. Contact your ISP to get the correct info. Many use mail.domain_name
or pop.domain _name for pop account and smtp.domain_name, etc.
