yes but it costs money. POP used to be free then they started charging for
it. It might be free again... who knows. Look on Yahoo for directions.

No, it's not. You must subscribe (pay) in order to receive Yahoo! mail
through an external mail client.

this service IS free for many countries! AFAIK subscription only access is
limited to the US. Canada< Sg, Austrlia, NZ and many others are free for POP
access to email.
