XYZ graphs...is it possible

is it possible in excell to have a 3 d graph that takes
multiple series of data and uses the series as axis' What
i mean is instead of how the 3 D graphing function has
the Z axis be S1 it would be somethin like for example
Time. while x would be weight and y would be density.

In a 3D chart, only the z axis is truly numeric. The other two are
category axis and as such show data points equally spaced irrespective
of the values.
