hAS ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCED PROBLEMS ONCE A POP-UP FROM
XUPITER INSTALLED ITSELF - WITHOUT ASKING - ONTO IE 6.0.
IT HAS A TOOLBAR WHICH I CANNOT DELETE AND SENDS ALL
SEARCHES TO WWW.XUPITER.COM. HOW CAN I GET RID OF THE
TOOLBAR AND RESENT MY DEFAULT SEARCH ENGINE TO
SEARCH.MSN.COM?

Yes... It changes your default browser.. my biggest
problem and I emailed them a complainint, is if I enter a
wrong URL, I still have there ERROR routine DNS or
something comes up..

Install either but both are not necessary, reboot, read FAQ and overview, use
online update feature to obtain the latest reference files, scan for Spyware
much like you would with your pre-installed anti-virus scanner.
Rid your machine of unwanted Spyware pests.

I also had this awful thing. It was a while ago. I think
I did a system restore. See if that helps. Good Luck.
