Xtras(quicktime)-help

I am trying to open a movie maade on shockwave from a
friends website Every time I click it reads "There is an
Xtra(quicktime) unavailable or failed. Please be sure the
right Xtras are in the Xtras file."
What does that mean?

Do you have Quicktime installed? If not you need to
download that at Apple.Com. They have a Windows version
of it for free.
