XPuser:Problem with AccentGrave(~) button it doesn't switch the languge no more.

Hi,
I have a strange problem. The accent grave(`) button
doesn't work for switching languages after installing
WindowsXP. I usually use English and Thai language. After
i installed the XP i couldn't switch the language by
pressing this button. It just type its own character (`).
How could i fix this problem please help me thank you.

I'm going to have to guess here since I only use English. However I do have
a Vietnamese client that I've helped from time to time.

Go into control panel->regional and language options. Make sure that Thai
keyboard support is installed and available. If not, hit the add button and
install it. Under the Thai section, highlight the specific Thai keyboard
arrangement then hit key settings. You should be able to figure things out
from there.
