XPSP2 180day EULA expiration trojan

I do not remember the exact day of my xpsp2 installation.
The XPSP2 EULA says" YOUR RIGHT TO USE THE SOFTWARE
SHALL BE
EFFECTIVE FROM THE DATE YOU FIRST
INSTALL THE SOFTWARE ON ANY DEVICE
FOR A PERIOD OF ONE HUNDRED AND
EIGHTY (180) DAYS. THE SOFTWARE IS TIME
SENSITIVE AND WILL NOT FUNCTION UPON
EXPIRATION OF THE 180 DAY PERIOD.
NOTICE OF EXPIRATION WILL NOT ACTIVELY
BE GIVEN, SO YOU NEED TO PLAN FOR THE
EXPIRATION DATE AND MAKE A COPY OF AND
REMOVE YOUR IMPORTANT DATA BEFORE
EXPIRATION. IF YOU DESIRE TO USE THE
SOFTWARE AFTER THIS EULA HAS EXPIRED,
YOU WILL NEED TO ACQUIRE A VALIDLY
LICENSED COPY OF A SUBSEQUENT
PRE-RELEASE VERSION OF THE SOFTWARE
OR THE COMMERCIAL RELEASE VERSION
OF THE SOFTWARE.""

I dont know the expiration date, and because the above
notice implies destruction to my data if not removed
prior to the expiry(like a trojan horse), can someone
tell me what will happen to my computer and my data and
also what I need to do to prevent further trojans such as
this from infecting my computer.

I have a valid liscenced copy of xp pro vers 2002 upgrade
and currently running Build 2600 xpsp_sp2_rtm.040803-
2158: Service pack 2

Most likely nothing.
Sounds like you upgraded from one of the pre-release version of SP-2
(assuming you have the final version).

Oh please ...

can someone tell me what will happen to my computer and my
data and also what I need to do to prevent further trojans such as
this from infecting my computer.

All your data will be sucked up by a black hole and your computer
will melt its way straight through the core of the earth and pop up
somewhere in China of course.

Maybe though you'd just install the final version of SP2 as otherwise
you may need to copy your data from your HD using a boot CD,
DOS / NTFS reader combo or some other OS that can handle NTFS.

*Intentional* destruction of your data by some arbitrary piece of software
could be considered an act of computer sabotage by the way.

OT: Do you happen to know how to spell "exaggeration"?

Try out the ASR feature in XP and then undo it and you'll see nothing of the
likes of your former computer. Who's to know if an ASR is built into this
XPSP2 release which would do just such a thing to carry out it's expiration
promise?
