Help with formula please...

Cell E6 next departure date
Cell E7 current 180 day visa started on .. date
Cell M7 180 day visa expires on..E7+180
Cell M8 next exit date -180 days ..E6-180

Cells C12:C17 are arrival dates
Cells D12:D17 are departure dates
Cells E12:E17 are days (departure - arrival)

In cell M9 I require a formula to take M8 and total any dates from
C12:C17, D12:D17 that are within that date frame.

This is for a visa that takes your next exit date rolls back 180 days
and then checks to see if you have used the allocation of an allowable
90 days in the country.
