XP's Utilities

Reading around the web, I run into mention of utilitiy programs built into
Windows. Netstat, I believe was the latest.

I have never seen a listing in one place, of all of them with their command
syntax.
Can anyone point me to such a list?

Hi

Open Help and Support, click on 'Use Tools to view your computer information
and diagnose problems', then 'Command-line reference A-Z'.
