XPO will not SEND TO

When I right click on a file ,while in Explorer and select "SEND TO>MAIL
RECIPENT
I am given a choice of "profiles": OUTLOOK or Corel
No matter what I select I get the same response:"MAPI spooler could not
start"
This just started as I have been using this facility for some time.
Can anyone tell me how to correct the situation

From Start>Run type

regsvr32 sendmail

--

Thanks for fast response.
Did that as suggested
It registered OK but trying to SEND TO still does not function.
Any other suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
It might help to know that I installed OUTLOOK and then removed it. Always
using the Office CD

Hi Again
I found the problem....by accident
In Explorer I clicked om TOOLS>internet options>program
abd found the email slot was BLANK.
I inoutted OUTLOOK EXPRESS and all is well
