xpepm -hibernate now causing reboot

We had been using HORM for quite a while now, but with in the last few days
when we try to set the unit into a HORM state by using XPEPM -hibernate, it
restarts the machine. I am able to hibernate via the start menu with no
issues and no error is reported when I issue the XPEPM -hibernate command

I have EWF and HORM activated before I try to create the hibernate file.
Once in a while the machine will hibernate, but nothing seems different

Any thoughts on what could be wrong?

Thanks

Shawn

Was there a capacity change to the boot drive? Is there engough empty space
on the boot drive for the amount of RAM in the system?

No changes to capacity

We have a 12 GB partition with about 2-3GB used. We are using a gig of ram,
so there should be enough room for it. It is very strange
