HORM-Hibernate problem

Have configured a system for HORM.

This work OK except that I have to use System Shutdown to initaite
Hibernation.
(ie From Start Menu). We want the system to hibernate without the taskbar
showing (Auto-Hide is set). Using system -shutdown dialog causes the taskbar
to show.

If I would prefer use xpepm to action the hibernation as I can then include
it in a batch file with a delay for various reasons.
ie xpepm -hibernate

The first time I did that with the current system it hibernated OK but kept
rebooting towards the end of Resume.
Subsequent efforts to hibernate using xpepm cause a reboot.
