XPEFFI.exe: Evaluation Edition download fails

After registering for the XP Embedded Evaluation Edition, I am presented
with a download page for XPEFFI.exe, which I presume is the actual
downloader application. When download this file, the size is 26K (whereas
the page indicates it is supposed to be 119K) and when I attempt to run it,
I'm informed that it is not a valid executable file.

Am I doing something wrong? Is there another way to download the evaluation
kit?

I just downloaded the file from here:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...f0-a931-4a5e-aaef-08f1cd4b0a80&DisplayLang=en
And it was ~119K.

You have probably got a broken download. Try to download it again.
