XPE Studio on different language OS

I installed Databases (XPe SP1) on a server PC (server2003) and only
Client applications (TD,CD,DBM) on others PC.
Client PCs have different OS: XP Pro English, XP Pro Italian.
When I make a build from my PC (english version) I obtain a perfect
working image, but when I build from other PC, the image I obtain
differs in some way (shortcuts, all registry files) and has some wrong
settings.

The .slx file is the same, but I obtain different results! Why?
Is only XP Pro English supported?

Second question I can't find a resolute answer:
I installed the SP1 Studio with many QFE some time ago; now I'd like to
update to latest patches before entering production stage. Have I to
install only latest rollup, (the newest I found is February 2006 ) or
search for previous QFE? In other words, if I install a fresh version
of Xpe Studio SP1 which updates have I to install?

Dear Fabio,

1. I suggest you to install TD on English version Windows.
If you use different language Windows, Ex. CHT, CHS, JP, ..., it may
have some problem on building images.
"Speech API" error is famous in this situation.

2. After you install XPE SP1 database, please update it to SP2 first.
And then you need to "February 2006" rollup and QFEs published
later.

PS. FP2007 will include all these QFE updates.
