Hi
I would like to have all XP Pro features in XPE. Do I really have to add all features myself manually? When yes, what do I have to include? Is there not a template for this

Thanks for your hel

Pat,

You could try KM's XP Pro Emulation component located here....
http://www.xpefiles.com/a_file.cfm?...ties&fileid=XPProEmulation.zip&groupName=Main

But remember this is something to help things like tracking dependencies
when things don't work, or for internal testing. If you need "all" the
features of Pro you should use Pro.

Thank you Bra
You're certainly right. In fact I don't really need all the features of Pro, but many of them. I thought I'm starting with having all and then delete the ones I don't need. I'm trying now the XPProEmulation

We had a similar requirement, I used the XPPROEmulation component, and
worked backwards (contary to the official advice), and we ended up with
a better more complete image, with only a few specifics removed (Games,
IIS, and some other odds and ends).

Sorry Black Shuck
I could not give you a feedback because I was in holydays last week.
But now I do. In fact this is the thing I will try to do. I'm happy to hear that somebody had the same problem and was able to manage it. If you're interestet I can give a feedback when I'm done with it.

Thanks again
Pat
