XPE hangs on "Applying Computer Settings"

whats wrong?
i now watched the "Applying Computer Settings" window for 15 minutes...
nothing happens...

the graphical bar moves....and moves...and moves...

now i found the problem...

everything works (network usw) without touchscreen controller...
when i install the touchscreen controller (DMC9000) in xpe, then all works
fine...
after a reboot system hangs at "Loading Personal Settings"
any suggestions?
