XPE Boot Disk

Is there an easy way to make a copy of the XPE Disk 1 CD
plus a couple of my own files? It still needs to be
bootable to XPE.

I had a similar problem - I needed to add some extra network drivers to the Windows XP PE disk. I used tools from http://www.nu2.nu/ - particularly bbie (to extract the original files from the ISO image on CD) and then BCD to create a new bootable CD containing the original XPE-PR files plus the new driver. These are all freeware tools.

You will need your original XPE boot disk - this is disk 1 of the XPE disk set.
