Xp wont let me delete file ?.

Its an .exe file a bios update, its got a icon like a dos screen, blue
top right bottom for the screen ?

I downloaded it from the correct and SAFE abi FTP site, and i have not
even run the file yet ?, but it wont let me move it and or delete it ?


Says its being used by another program ect ??, but how can that be ?,
never had a prob deleting anything i have downloaded before i even ran
it ?

Any ideas.

Delete in Safe Mode:
Start/Restart your computer and start pushing F8 key twice per second. Select Safe Mode on Windows Advanced Options screen, and push Enter.

I use a program called "Taskinfo"
Available with 30-day trial here:

It gives you a wealth of information including which processes are using
which files.
