XP won't cold boot

Hello all. I just installed a WinXP upgrade over Win98. When I cold boot, my
system gives me one long beep and 3 short beeps, and does not boot. If I hit
reset, it then boots up fine. Does anyone know what might be going on?
800MHz PIII system.
Thanks!

Check your bios manufacturer web site for beep codes. XP has not yet loaded,
so it is not an XP issue.
Click on the link below, or copy and paste the link into the address box

Thannk you. Appears to be a video card problem, although the system just
booted up this time. We shall see!

Try reseating the video card, and after it's screwed down check the front
end that it is fully seated in.
