XP wont boot up just get blue screen with message

Hi,
My pc running xp home wont boot up. I just get a blue screen with the following message near the bottom:

*** STOP: 0x00000051 (0x00000003, 0x00000001 0x00003000,0xE17EF030).

Registry Error

Then it says it "beginning dump of physical memeory"

Does anyone who how to fix this. I cant start in any safe mode or I cant revert to the last known good configuration either.
