XP won't boot from Floppy

I try to install XP to a Laptop without CD-ROM, with the
XP SP1 Boot Floppys from Microsoft. Unfortunaly I receive
an error:
"File \biosinfo,inf could not be loaded.
The error code is 4101.
Setup cannot continue. Press any key to exit."

What is going wrong ?

Can anybody help ?

I would try a new set of floppy's

Try creating the 6 XP boot floppies again in case they
got damaged or try following this article as an alternative
