What you mean by your system doesn't have them? do you mean they are not
started?
If so you can stat then by doing this:
Open a run commnad and type in:
services.msc click [OK] locate both and make sure they are started as
follow:
Remote Procedure Call (RPC) Started Manual
Terminal Services Started Maunaul
Reboot your machine and see if that will solve the issue.
If the above didn't solve the issue try to copy the code below separately
for each service on your desktop as for ex.. RPC.reg and TR.reg then right
click each and select merge to merge to your registry.
