Question A>If I make a backup of xp with Multilingual User Interface Pack,
1)can the backup be applyed to a *English* version of xp *without MUIP? 2)
Can the backup file be applyed to a *non-English* version of XP?

Question B> Why the backup of one language version of XP can not be
compatible with another version of XP?
