XP Welcome screen

When I boot up xp bypasses the welcome screen and goes directly to a user
account? In the user accounts, the use welcome screen box is ticked.


Can anybody Help?

Are you the only User?
If you use no password, that's normal.
Or, if you have more than one user, and TweakUI installed, that may be set
up in TweakUI to log on that User.

Start, run, type "control userpasswords2" (without the quotes), UN
tick users must enter a user name and password to use this computer,
click apply and enter the user name info you would like to log on to,
then click ok.
