XP Users Account

I am trying to create another account for others to use
my computer. When i create a new account or turn on guest
account it wont let me log in on the new one but only on
the admin name. It gave me the message " Security log on
this system is full. Only adminestraor can fix this" Can
anyone help me with this problem? Thanks
