Guest account error message

I have XP Pro SP2 and have turned on the guest account. When I switched from
my admin account to the guest account...I got a logon message saying: " The
security log on this system is full. Only administrators can log on to fix
the problem. " and I was not able to access this guest account. Help me to
resolve plz! THANKS!

Log on as the Admin and navigate to Control Panel > Administrative
Tools > Event Viewer. Right-click "Security" and clear the log.
Before clearing the entries, check them. There may be an underlying
problem because usually the standard log size is sufficient and does
not cause any problems.
Right-click "Security" again and open the Properties. You can change
the log size here and also make Windows delete old log entries
automatically.
