XP user accounts problem

I can acccess User Accounts from Control Panel using Windows XP.

Following is the message I get:

Microsoft (R) HTML Application host has encountered a problem and needs
to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.



AppName: mshta.exe AppVer: 6.0.2600.0 ModName: mshtml.dll
ModVer: 6.0.2800.1276 Offset: 000a72cb

Anybody has any suggestion.
