Media Center Extensibility Host and Online Spotlight.

Every time I try to run Online Spotlight I get the same error message saying
"Media Center Extensibility Host has encountered a problem and needs to
close..."

No firewall active - only Norton Antivirus . I use MCE 2005, IE7,Media
Player 11. I don't use any extender "devices", I only have this one PC
connected directly to my cable modem.
Please help..thanks.
