XP User Accounts...changing on their own???

I am wondering if anyone can help me... my computer keeps
changing the user accounts we set up back to a generic
account... it blocks out our email and personal
folders... they are still in the system but they are
hidden in other folders... what is going on???

Also sometimes when surfing the computer just starts
opening other programs on its own and then boots me off
of the internet.... I don't get it?

It's possible you might have been hacked and possibly there's a backdoor
trojan running giving someone else access to your PC. Activate your
firewall immediately (go to the Help & Support center in XP and search for
Internet Connection Firewall). The XP one only stops incoming traffic not
outgoing though so it might be a good idea to download the free version of
ZoneAlarm... www.zonelabs.com
